“I can’t imagine a life where I wasn’t learning something new every day.  I love Encore Learning for the interesting and varied classes, for the clubs and for the great people I’ve met.” — Joan Carter

Encore Learning encourages establishing educational and social clubs within the organization as a means of promoting lifelong learning,  personal growth, and social activities.

Club membership is open to all current Encore Learning members.

If you have a consuming interest and would like to engage in it with other like-minded souls, consider starting a club of your own.  Contact the Encore Learning office at 703-228-2144 or info@EncoreLearning.net to discuss your ideas.

Bridge Club

club-bridgeThe Bridge Club consists of Encore Learning members who enjoy getting together once a month to play social bridge. Members take turns hosting the games in their homes. The monthly gatherings begin at noon with a simple lunch; each player gives $5 to the host/hostess to offset the cost of food and drink. Neither beginner nor expert players, club members take the bridge playing seriously, but also have fun.
