Quick Start Guide

Starting in Fall 2024, a new system will be used to access class materials.  All courses will have a dedicated webpage with links to materials shared by the instructor.

• 2-3 days before a course starts, all participants will receive a reminder email from info@encorelearning.net.  This email will contain a link and password for the class website.  Please save this email.
• Click on the link to access the class webpage. Enter the password where prompted.
• You can also access links to all class pages from the link at the top of the Encore Learning page.  However, you will need to know the password sent to you in the course reminder email.
• Links to class materials will be added to the course webpage throughout the term as they are shared by the instructor.  You will receive an email when new material is added.
• Scroll to the course materials section and click on the document you wish to view.  The document will open in a new tab.
• To print or download the document, select the appropriate icon.
• On a phone or tablet, you may need to click on the ellipsis (...) to access the download or print options.
