New Registration and Member Portal – Set up your account now!

Don’t forget to set up your account! Recently we shared some exciting news about our new portal for membership and registration. 

If you haven’t already done so, please follow the steps below to set up your account in our new portal. This must be done to access your account so you can register for special events and Fall 2026 courses (once registration opens on Tuesday, September 8 at 10:00 AM). 

To set up your username and password in the new portal, please click on this link and follow the steps below: https://reg131.imperisoft.com/EncoreLearning/LoginHelp/Registration.aspx. 

• When you click on the link you will be prompted to enter your email because you already have an account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
• Click on the link and you will be prompted to set your username (we highly recommend using your email address) and password. 
• Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 uppercase, 3 lowercase, 1 digit (number) and 1 non-alphanumeric character ($ @ # %).

If you wish to update your personal information, click on your name in the upper right corner and select My Account. Under My Account, you can also review all of your past registrations.
